Lips Painted Blue

Sponsors & Special Thanks

These short videos are made in part by the Tom Lantos Innovation in Community Service Award. This award is made available by an unrestricted educational grant from Gilead Sciences.

We would also like to thank the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (http://www.phassociation.org) for granting us this award to produce these short videos. Although it took longer than a year to produce these episodes, we hope that this will be a resource for many children, families and clinicians.

A special thanks is also sent out to the chief of Cardiology, Dr. Radha Sarma, of Western University of Health Sciences and Dr. Eric Austin of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Without your clinical insight and review and revisions of the scripts for these videos, this would not have been possible.

I would also like to extend a special thanks to Steve Van Wormer, Lucas Van Wormer, Charles Klausmeyer, Liam Lecuona, Bellina Logan and Masasa Moyo. Without each of you lending your voices to these short feature presentations, we would have been dead in the water.

A special thanks to Shannon O'Donnell, Jenny Janzer and Katie Grace Groebner for your role in the fourth episode of the series. Also a special thanks to each and every parent that contacted me while this project was in brainstorm. Your and your childrens ideas were influential to the development of the scripts

Finally, I want to send a special thanks to Phil Harding and his animation and writing team. Without your dedication to the project, creative insight, amazing attention to detail, and great ideas this project would have not have gotten off the ground. Thank you for each and every one of your teams hard work in developing such a great resource.
